In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to deliver a diverse range of projects, these could be either one large scale project or a number of smaller projects, with budgets ranging from £100k to £10 million. You’ll use your proven analytical skills to influence stakeholders and to ensure the solutions support our business goals and culture, whilst your people management skills will enable you to recruit, develop and motivate your project team to deliver on time and to budget.

Always focussed on keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do you’ll have a proven track record of delivering small to large business change projects in the financial services sector, and have a good understanding of the commercial and legislative requirements alongside principles of best practice. You will have proven leadership and resource management skills, excellent planning and organisational ability, and a dedication to continuous improvement.
